All prices are subject to change without notice. Custom commission pricing is provided on an individual basis and is valid for 30 days from quotation.

4. Custom Commissions

4.1 Commission Process

Custom commissions require a 50% deposit to begin work. The balance is due upon completion before shipping. Deposits are non-refundable once materials are purchased and work begins.

4.2 Design Approval

You must approve final designs before work commences. Changes after approval may incur additional costs and extend timelines.

4.3 Timelines

Estimated completion times are approximate. Delays due to material sourcing, weather, or unforeseen circumstances do not constitute breach of contract.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5.2 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

5.3 Inspection

You must inspect deliveries immediately and report any damage to the carrier and us within 48 hours.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Custom Commissions

Due to the bespoke nature of custom commissions, they are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective.

6.2 Defects

We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from accidents.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LavishWood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LavishWood harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.
